She was born as Milena Markovna “Mila” Kunis on the 14th of August 1983 in Chernivtsi in Ukraine initially referred to as the Ukrainian SSR. She is an American actress and voice artist who is famous for her role Rachel Jansen in the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshal. This was also her breakout role as her fame multiplied ever since. Her family won a lottery when she was only eleven years old. This saw them move from the Soviet Union to the United States. She has claimed that the decision to move to the states was also based on the fact that her parents did not see any future for her and her brother in the Ukraine. Her mother, Elvira Kunis, who was a trained physics teacher, had to work as a pharmacist in the states. Her father Mark Kunis on the other hand is a trained mechanical engineer but now works as a cab driver. Her parents had to adopt these new jobs since their degrees where not recognized in the states. She has one older brother Michael. She was brought up in the Jewish religion. Her sun sign is Leo. She is currently a mother of one Wyatt fathered by her longtime date Daty Ashton.
