She was born as Lindsey Caroline Vonn on the 18th of October 1984 in St. Paul Minnesota in the United States. She is the daughter to Linda Krohn and Alan Kildow. She has only one sibling, a sister named Karin Kildow. Most of the years of her growing up where spent in Twin Cities Metropolitan area. She is an American ski racer who is on the US ski team. She discovered her passion for this sport at the age of only two and started practicing then. Due to the success she has recorded in her field, she is considered as the female face of American sports. She has won four world cup championships and she is the second female to win this after Anne Marie Moser. She is considered as the most successful American Alpine ski racer. She has two medals to her name: a golden and bronze medal. She has also recorder six consecutive World cup season titles.
